The all-round guarantee is a voluntary, paid promise in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights for defects (2-year warranty from the seller) are not affected and are not restricted by this guarantee. You can assert them free of charge.

Term and price
The guarantee applies for one year from delivery of the fire bowl, for exactly the bowl it was purchased with. Price per bowl:
- 45 cm: €9
- 63 cm: €15
- 79 cm: €25
What the guarantee covers beyond the statutory warranty
- Durability: if the bowl burns through or cracks during normal use, if the bowl or frame warps from heat, or if a weld breaks, you receive a replacement.
- No proof required that the defect was present at delivery.
- Replacement instead of repair: a new bowl or a new frame, shipped within 2 working days after the guarantee claim is approved.
- Free collection of the faulty part.
What is not covered
- Patina and rust on raw steel. They are intentional and not a defect.
- Changes in appearance and normal signs of use.
- Damage from improper use, such as fire accelerants or putting out the hot bowl with water.
- Damage from storms, tipping over, accidents or third-party interference.
How to use the guarantee
Within the term, write to info@svenskav.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will get back to you with the approval and arrange collection and replacement.
